GENERAL COMPANY INFORMATION
Where can I find your office or contact details?
Can
I specify a delivery
date when ordering?
For some items
you’ll be able to select a preferred delivery date
when placing your order as long as the supplier is
able to deliver it to our UK address at the time
given and it falls within our already specified
delivery schedules. (See
Delivery information)
If, for any reason, we cannot meet your choice of
delivery we will contact you to arrange an
alternative delivery date as soon as the goods are
ready to be dispatched.
Someone will need to be present at the time of
delivery to sign for the items but you can specify a
different delivery address from your home or main
contact address, if more convenient.
See
Delivery information
for more details.
How
do I know if my order has been received?
Upon
receipt of your order, an Order Acknowledgement
email will be sent. Please print out this page for
future reference. Once your payment has reached our
designated GTBank account no
214/7734569/110
(You may pay through any of GTBank branches), you
will also receive an email confirming the placement
of your order(s) with the supplier.
Can
I add to an existing order?
You
can add items to your order until you confirm and
complete the order. Once the order is confirmed,
you cannot add items to the same order. If you’d
like to order additional items, then you would have
to place a new order.
When
will my order be delivered?
More
often an estimated delivery lead time to our UK
address is shown next to each product on most
websites. However, for most items, the delivery
dates available for your order will be 7 days from
the time the order is delivered to our office
address in the UK by your chosen supplier. E.g. if
your chosen supplier delivers to our UK address in
three days, you can expect to receive your orders
within 10 days inclusive. See
Delivery information
for more details.
Do I
have to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes,
all deliveries require someone to be present to
accept and sign for them. This is simply to ensure
the goods are delivered and received correctly. If
you cannot be present to sign for delivery, please
remember that you can specify a different delivery
address while ordering and have your order delivered
to your workplace, a neighbour’s, etc.
Can I return a
product, exchange it or get a refund?
We want you to be
totally satisfied with every order you place through
us. If for any reason, you are not completely happy
with your purchase, please see
Clickfromnigeria.com
Returns
and refunds
policy page.
Are receipts sent
with deliveries?
The receipt is the
address label on the parcel. You will need this in
case you wish to return goods. Please see
Clickfromnigeria.com
Returns and refunds
policy page.
Can
I order for home delivery or pick up from the
courier office in Lagos?
Once you have found
the products you are looking for and have added them
to your shopping cart, you will be given the choice
of ordering for home delivery or for our courier
office pick-up. If you would like some items to be
delivered and others to be picked up from the
courier office, please place two different orders
and select the relevant service for each.

How to Use this site
What is the minimum or maximum order I can place per
transaction?
Whilst we would love everyone to be able to visit
our site, there is a restriction of £100.00 (One
hundred pounds) minimum acceptable order per
transaction or its equivalent in Naira and a maximum
acceptable order per transaction of £2000.00 (two
thousand pounds) or its equivalent in Naira for
individual purchasing. Any orders below the minimum
transaction or above the maximum transaction amount
will be subject to special request.
Clickfromnigeria.com fully subscribes to the
Economic and Financial Crime Commission’s (EFCC)
war against corruption and money laundering (www.efccnigeria.org).
Hence transactions on this site may be subject to
EFCC inspection from time to time.
What is service charge and how do you calculate it?
Service charge is the amount
Clickfromnigeria.com charges you for
carrying out the entire transaction (from point of
order to delivery at your chosen address) on your
behalf. It is calculated as a percentage of your
total cost of purchase excluding shipping to your
Lagos address. The service charge is currently
*15% of the total cost of your purchase
excluding shipping to your Lagos address. This could
be as low as 3% for registered members
depending on categories of membership. See
membership registration and benefits. Please
note that we do not charge any service charge on
your shipping cost regardless of your user status.
* This is subject to change from time to time
depending on economic realities and/or company
policy. However you will be advised in time before
any such change is effected.
How is the exchange rate determined?
The
exchange rate is determined by the addition of
*N3.00 (0.0125) to the prevailing **‘sell rate’ as
at the time you place your order. This is to hedge
against any form of negative fluctuation in exchange
rates. For example if the prevailing *‘sell rate’
is £1.00 to N240, then for the purpose of our
transactions, it will be calculated as £1 = N243. To
know what rate we are using at anytime, divide your
total cost of goods plus service charge in Naira by
the total amount in the chosen currency e.g. £s.
Total N/Total £ = Exchange rate. However if you
are paying in GB Pounds Sterling, this will not
affect you.
Whilst we will bear all losses arising as a result
of any negative fluctuation beyond the N7.00
bandwidth, as a private company policy, all margins
accruable as gains as a result of stable or positive
fluctuation will be passed on to registered members
in form of improved services, discount coupons or
accumulation of points for future spending. See
membership registration and benefits.
*Please note that this amount may change subject to
economic realities and/or company policy at any
particular time.
**’SELL RATE’ is the cost of obtaining a currency
e.g. GB£ at a particular time.
